Debut Designs contacted me after a referral from Deadly Graphics, Debut is based in Wolverhampton and specialise in graphic and web design. The company contacted Phoenix to help them with a type of contact form that they wanted to use as a Brief form for their clients to fill out to get a quote for a project. The form needed to keep with the current theme of the website and have the same functionality as a basic contact for that was already on the website. The brief form needed to have a JavaScript validation to highlight to customers which sections needed to be completed before the form and information was submitted.
The form was completed using PHP to send the information via a HTML formatted email and JavaScript to validate the form before it was sent to Debut.
